So I'm wondering if the Miss Bliss's plan with Mr. Pumpkin head mask from the beginning involves euphoria, and that's why we needed a chapter setting up it's effects with Madison. Maybe that little device he's working on is some kind of gas disperser and with the police station being mostly women or something, they plan on hitting it with Euphoria and taking the entire police station hostage in order to get revenge on Reena and Madison? As for the serial killer threat at the school, its might be just a great filler that they're working on to introduce us to more characters and world building, and a way to raise the stakes by splitting Reena and Madison up? Just some theories I have which may or may not be right but I like to make anyway. Time will tell, Toast, Midnight!
