Hi there friends! Here's the next reddit audio, early accessed just for you! It's got all sorts of lovely things in it, but what's super special is that I'm a barista in it! I've worked as a Barista on the side for 4 years, so being able to explore that environment in an audio format seems "about time". Hehe.Please do let me know what you think! Hi! ✨ Here to give some love to the first audio I ever listened to 🥰 Still come back to it now and then 🫶 Also.. For the record, when I say I listened to this in the actual storage room where I worked, I do just mean /listened/ 🙈 What can I say, I take immersion VERY seriously hihi Closing shift had to spend about 30-50min there at the end of the day to top things up etc. - it was in a different building, so it was easier to just do everything at once. Barista Crunch came with me veryyy often because I thought it was kinda funny, but also 👉👈 Which had the (unfortunate?) side effect of making me a teeny tiny bit turned on every time the smell of linoleum, chocolate and coffee came over me 🙉 Anyway 🙃 You know, I think one of the funniest things about this being the first audio of yours I listened to, is the fact that you posted it on the Norwegian National day ; u; which means three things: 1) obviously it was meant for me, tusen takk 🇳🇴🔥 2) technically, legally, you posted it on my cat’s b-day (he’s adopted and all cats from that shelter with unknown birthdays are just assigned the 17th 3) every single 17th May from the first time I heard it and onward, I will think about you a little bit. While wearing my bunad, waving a little flag, watching the parade & celebrating with my family & friends, at some point, my thoughts will inevitably wander and settle on you. You silly, sweet man 🤍 How funny that I ended up here years later, and stumbled across this little space 🥺 Now - although this answer is long overdue - the answer to your question, if you’re still wondering (perhaps a little predictable?) 🙈 Pourover, barista’s choice of beans, black Ooor - if it’s summer - iced espresso (because if I ask for an iced americano they ALWAYS give me too much water 🥲) Hmm but if I’m not in the mood for coffee/the café has fun (vegan) specials, I’ll probably go for that 🤔 Unless it’s a bad café and I’m only there because I need coffee - then Americano w/ oat milk - if iced with some kind of sugar free syrup to mask the taste 🥲👍✨

What a brilliant roller-coaster of an audio😳💜 Very calm at first n then just 🎢 off we go💓 I mostly visit this Coffee house chain called Espresso House. I go between caffe latte, iced salted caramel latte or mocha iced latte💜 Anything (super) sweet is love❤️

This is beautiful! The way you and the customer hit it off and the music is fantastic! I hope there's a sequel for it. I'd go with latte, Americano or chai latte. Other than that, I'd get a pour over on a more relaxing day.

Crunchy.... now how wasn’t I expecting this! Of course it should be a series is that even a question? Also I really like the music. As for my order, I don’t really like coffee too much. I used to straight dislike it but I finally got a taste for it but not enough to order it. So I always get a cold drink. Also I go to Starbucks as there’s no small/locally owned coffee shop near me. Though there is this cool place called Tea & Poets (the name sorta explains it) but I didn’t remember what I got since I’d only been there once and the barista helped me pick a drink. So at Starbucks I usually get a strawberry açaí with lemonade, two pumps of raspberry, and kiwi fruit. It comes with strawberry pieces in it as well. It’s really delicious.

Crunch, thank you for making the wishes of this Brazilian bean come true with this barista audio. It was so sweet and a thing I could actually see it happening. And to answer you I like very sweet drinks or cold brew with no sugar, hahaha, it probably makes no sense, but that's what I like.

Aaaah this is so delightful. What a delicious audio!! The ambiance is super nice and I absolutely adore hearing you smiling. I don’t usually go to any coffee shops besides the once in a year Starbucks cause I usually just make coffee at home. I like it black, strong and with some sugar so it’s not super bitter (I dearly love my Bialetti moka!!). Sometimes if I go to a specific bakery here, I order a Cappuccino to go with a pastry! They make this amazing cappuccino that absolutely everyone loves it. Happy monday Crunch!

I- wow this was so well done. The music was a GREAT touch, the tension release with the falling boxes, all of it was just *chefs kiss*. Felt very natural and comfy. (I would def advocate for a sequel). I like coffee and tea so it depends on the cafe I'm at and my mood. My favorite drink last summer was a specific hibiscus tea with lemonade so I'm hoping the cafe I got it at brings it back. I love iced tea. A creamy nitro cold brew is always good too. I don't really care for foamy frothy milk drinks because I just don't like normal milk, so lattes and all those don't really do it for me unless I use a different milk and they are HELLA sweet / flavored. At that point I'd rather have a cold brew or just a French press black coffee.

The sound design of this audio is wonderful, crunchy! It was a very immersive experience :) that 'sweetheart' was incredibly nice. I didn't see it the first time I looked at the tags so when I heard it my breath caught the tiniest bit! Too powerful. How dare you. :p A sequel or two could be fun! I found myself wondering if these two had met before and this was pre-planned, which could be fun to explore. Ooh! Or What if they were a risk taking couple trying to get their fill in other public establishments too? My cafe order is (unfortunately?) very predictable. -before noon: single shot flat white, regular milk, no sugar. -after noon: peppermint tea The exception to this is if it's summer. I'll then usually get a cold-brew over ice. Or a latte over plenty of ice if the former isn't available. ...I don't think you ended up telling us - what's YOUR go to coffee order? Thank you crunch! ❤️ My order has a backstory that I won’t tell cause then this will become another essay, but anyway, my order is a cold cranberry tea with a splash of simple syrup and a little bit of lemon juice! If possible, I like it shaken but it doesn’t really affect the integrity of the drink if it isn’t 😊

This was such a fun audio and the music made the pacing and immersion so good and sweet. Perhaps a sequel could be a Sunday morning of trying different coffee and tea blends together at one or the other's home? Then there will be no need to [hold the moan] 👀 At coffeeshops, I'm really that boring person that would just order an Americano or something hand-poured if they have a nice selection of blends or single-origin beans. I am also a biiiiig sucker for genmaicha so if that's on a menu, I'm definitely staying around long enough for two drinks. I miss going to coffee shops. Dine-ins are still no go here so this really soothed a bit of that desire to be in a cafe and have interactions with the workers and people there. Good job Crunchy and looking forward for more barista audios!

I'm happy the barista audio was today as I'm going to my favorite cafe later~ a sequel or two would be wonderful ♡ As for my order currently it's a frozen hot coco which I know sounds confusing but it's delicious! That was... yeah I wouldn’t have been capable of Not getting you fired oof. Too good. My cafe order is in the winter, always a hot chocolate or a half hot chocolate half tea. If it’s summer, I love any type of fruity juice/tea drink!

I don't like hot drinks, am I the only one? The first sip of coffee I ever had I actually really liked but I think I just liked it because of the sheer amount of sugar and it was also cold. Then when I was actually old enough and I just had coffee with cream and sugar, I hated it. Later, I got it iced and it was better but still not great. So it seems without all sorts of things to hide the flavor of coffee, I don't really like coffee haha. But occasionally I will order Matcha frap, of course lol.

Aaaaah this was so sweet and SPOICY at the same time, I love it! The ambiance was really nice, I also loved the little blurb about the chalkboard because I can pretty much NEVER read what they say at the cafes nearby💀 the boxes dropping at the end startled me! It made me laugh, that was such a sweet way to wrap every thing up. 100/10 would very much love a sequel, mayhaps teaching how to make a fancy drink?👀✨ (Also how DARE you drop a sweetheart so casually like that, with little to no care for my heart rate. Smh, the audacity😤)(but also please please more “sweetheart” in future that was top tier) I’m not particularly picky when it comes to my drinks, as long as it has caffeine in it, and it’s not overly bitter, I’ll try anything! I like to ask the barista what their favorite/easiest thing to make is and get that. I am partial to mocha and cinnamon flavors though, when it comes to coffee. For teas I’ve been making lemon-ginger mint tea with honey and steamed lemon juice, and it’s SO good! As much as I don’t like bitter things, I love strong flavors like heavy spice or sour foods. I don’t have a regular order per say, but there is a cafe a few blocks from my house that sells Malva pudding, which is a South African dessert, and it is so delicious I have to get some each time I go. Everyone’s drink orders all sound so good, I’m taking notes for my future orders 👀💙 but cronchmans, you never said what your order is! There's little I can say that hasn't already been said... Wowzer!! This was great. The atmosphere you created was very sweet and cosy (roll credits), but the addition of the falling boxes at the end and the accompanying nervous laughter was chef's kiss. This definitely needs a sequel. A few, even. 🌹🌹 To answer your question, my latest poison of choice has been salted caramel lattes with extra foam at the top... The place I go to does cooling foam so the first sip doesn't burn as much as it should, and it's weirdly delicious.. Love and hugs to you sir, hope you're having a great week so far 🌸🌸
