Hi lovelies. I took a nap, and realized it'd been a while since I made one of these for you. I'll be posting a longer version on youtube, but for now you get the only slightly elongaded version. As some of you know, I have respiratory sinus arrhythmia, which makes my heartbeats fluctuate based on my breathing. I have however (with some practice) managed to make it more steady with some breathing techniques for when I record my heartbeats. - makes it nicer not to have to loop too much. Please let me know what you think, I tested it with a few different headphones, but if you feel like the EQ could be balanced differently, or if you just want to let me know that you want a longer version asap, or if you want head-scritches, no breathing, or anything else feel free to write it in a comment. :)Sending a digital hug and a kiss if you'd like <3

Yesss I love sleep aids!! Thanks for posting this 🥰 head scratches would be great if you could do that at some point! And also just like the guided sleeping is good too, like with breathing and relaxing instructions, but whatever you end up doing will be just perfect as well!

Heartbeats, my beloved! 🥰 This is incredibly soothing! Thank you so much for posting this, it arrived at the perfect time 💗 I think this works nicely with the soft breathing mixed in and the mix of the birds in the background. Maybe small whispers and murmurs should be incorporated here and there? Make it feel like a nice cuddle on a warm bed during a nap (I swear, just a nap!). If you want to do head scritches here and there, that'd be really nice too. But so far, this is wonderful~ Again, thank you so much for this!! Hope your nap went well, and stay safe meow meow 💙

aww thanks for the evening cosy vibes, cronch 🩵

"... no breathing..." I think we would all prefer it if you keep breathing, silly. 😜 Mr. Anxiety is overstaying his welcome in the Dubose household as of late, and these kinds of audios are always so calming. I can't wait to settle in later tonight and listen. Thanks, Crunch. 🤍

This is so nice, Crunch! But yes to longer please, because whomst among us is out cold in 6 minutes? Also the med nerd in me would love to hear the varied breathing/heartbeat, though I understand I’m likely the minority, maybe that might unsettle some people?

It's nice to hear other people with respiratory sinus arrhythmia. It's comforting to know I'm not alone. Would you ever share your breathing techniques?

Vergil

Gosh, I love these so much. And yes, much like everyone else, longer please. This was amazing, just what we needed. Thank you. Hoping June is being kind to you, much hugs🌹🌹

I hope this arrhythmia isn't dangerous?? 🥺

I love heartbeats, the first one I heard was from your youtube video, I liked it a lot, I used to listen to it a lot, because it helped me sleep and relax, but then I got to know other content from you and I've been varying it. Now I'm working and listening to this audio, feeling very nostalgic and relaxed, I would vote for a really big one lol, but anyway the youtube loop works well too.

Felt a bit panicky doing school work and this literally made me calm down. Thank you 🥺🫶

Crunch! Love the new thumbnail for this. I can’t think of anything cosier.

That's kinda cool tbh! A friend of mine gets a rogue extra heartbeat when they swallow. We found it accidentally when we were messing around with a stethoscope 😆 This was nice to listen to at almost 3am now. I should probably get some sleep, but thanks for helping my mind wind down. Also am I taking crazy pills? Did you just change your profile today? I was surprised 🤭❤️

Acedia

I already have a new favorite sleep aid. The 60 bpm is perfect! Thank you.

But hearing how it actually sounds would be lovely too—not needing to make it act steady, but instead hearing the irregularity in the heartbeats and a new kind of rhythm... every little skip and dance. Because to me, it's the most beautiful song in the world.
