Griptalk? Griptok? Hmm...I'm typing this on my newly lubed keyboard - it's quite wonderful to type on. I'm not sure what to write, however. This is me working out? I finished most of the workout, and decided to record a more intense isolated movement at the end. Gives for less cardio breathing, but more grunting and discomfort.I also mention my newfound appreciation of better grip strength. I'm sure you'd appreciate it too. Hehe.Much love, a sore man.
