Problem solved (Patreon)

Anyone who follows me on Discord already knows what really happened, as I explained everything there.

For several days, my female G8 characters were experiencing a "melted skin" issue, and nothing I tried seemed to fix it.

After following every suggestion on the forums, researching like crazy, and trying countless solutions, I still couldn't resolve the problem. I saw others on the forums facing the same issue, and even after trying everything, their problem persisted too. After all that stress, I realized I’d have to go back to basics. So, I uninstalled everything related to Daz on my computer and reinstalled it. I read that some people tried this, but their issue didn’t go away. Thankfully, for me, it worked.

Luckily, a few days earlier, I had backed up my scenes and characters to the cloud, but now I’ll have to re-download everything: scenes, clothes, hair, morphs... basically, almost everything I’ve installed over a year of using Daz 3D. So, while I managed to fix the problem, the next update will take a bit longer to come out.

At least now I can finally relax. The past few days made me feel like throwing myself into a volcano because of this Daz issue! I’ll share more updates with you soon.
