June's Apartment - Dark Minimalist Apt (Patreon)

Hey everyone. Here is my version of 18 Culpepper Apartment. I set each download as a room and there are 4. But I have also included the layout as well. Make sure to check 'include custom content' when finding it. always check for duplicates when downloading cc and place tray files in tray folder.

I tried to keep the clutter to a minimum so it wouldn't be such a big download.

The TOOL Mod was used for this build.
