Extreme Throat Swabbing - WIP 3 (Patreon)

I dont often get detail shades, but when I do, I enjoy plotting out the shadows because it's the one tier I get to go HAM on with shading and dramatic lighting 👀👀👀

Forgot that I had a greyscale overlay so I added the color version
