Devlin: Emmett, you described Percy as a second chance at something special (5:13). If you're okay talking about it, who was your first?
EMMETT: O-Oh, well... Emmett nervously tugs at his collar.
PERCY: Wait, only if you want to.
EMMETT: No, it's okay. I-It was just some silly little crush I had on a-a childhood friend. We did everything to-together, e-enjoyed the same interests. I didn't know h-he had feelings for me until I-I got older. I got scared that if w-we became something, something about us would c-change. I turned h-him down because I-I wanted everything to stay the same; I threw away a-an opportunity for something special. Emmett pauses, tears welling up in his eyes. We kind of stopped talking a-after that, and he had moved away so we b-barely kept in touch. I still think of that night... n-not to put that pressure o-on you Percy!
PERCY: Of course not... I- Thank you for sharing.
Percy gives Emmett a warm hug.

Antoni: For Emmet and Percy:
Where did you both live before ending up in the hotel? Were your homes any close to each other?
PERCY: Woah, are we doxing ourselves? I live near Brooklyn in an undisclosed apartment on the 3rd floor.
EMMETT: W-Wait, I'm n-not that far. My house is in Vermont up north. We got a huge backyard and we h-have lots of family over during the h-holidays!
PERCY: Am I going to meet your nan when I'm up there for Christmas?
EMMETT: Nan u-usually comes! She comes d-during Thanksgiving and— W-wait, are you trying to c-come up for the holidays?!
PERCY: What, are we not at 5th base yet where I meet the parents?
Emmett covers his mouth with his ears, his cheeks blush a bright red.
PERCY: Understood, give it a couple more months.

QB: For both: After your first time properly enjoying your new plush bodies, did you experience any static built up?
I mean, so much fabric rubbing against fabric definitely seems like it could build up a charge, maybe you two could even zap people if you got enough charge built-up... Maybe you two should try it out!
I mean, who wouldn't an excuse to repeat what you two did? It seemed like it was pretty fun.
Emmett is too flustered to answer.
PERCY: Oh I would love to rub some more. I never considered the static; I'm not really into e-stim but I guess I can experiment. What do you think Emmie?
Emmett's head is completely red, both ears are covering his face now.

QB: Hopefully our gracious host won't mind another question for Emmett and Percy, but did either of you have someone special waiting for you back in your "normal" world?
Seeing you two develop a bond through all these hardships has been very sweet, and even in some of the bad ends you ended up together (in a way).
Would you two like to continue hanging out in whatever form you return to in the regular world? And if so, who do you think would ask the other out?
PERCY: Nah, I don't have any romantic relationships but I do have a couple people I play with. I guess that is something I'll have to work out if this one is willing to stay by my side.
EMMETT: I-I... Emmett shakes his head and musters up courage to show face. I w-would very much like that. C-Christmas would be perfect; I think it will be a perfect opportunity t-to meet Nan.
PERCY: Woah woah, it was just a joke. You don't have to sound like you're scheduling me in for a meeting, haha. Do I got to ask you out now? Or when we check out of this hotel?
Emmett pouts, clearly still very flustered.
