You think getting to the escape pods should be your number one priority and navigation is just along the way.

All three of you trek in silence along the red line for what feels like minutes. The halls extend far into the distance and you wonder just how large this spaceship is. Granted, never in your life did you expect to be in space, let alone a spaceship from the movies. You look at the construction of the ship and observe all the rivets and bolts scattered along die-cut panels.

You walk into an observation deck where the giant planet hovers below and you take a moment to stare at its beauty once again. You are so absorbed by the colors that you accidentally walk into your drone. It has stopped and is staring at something at the end of the hallway. Emmett pokes his head around to look with you. You spot a cocoon about the same size as you stuck to the side of the wall close to the corner. It is expanding slightly, like its breathing. Webs string out from the sides and base of it and grey goo puddles litter the floor. A shiver runs down your spine as you are reminded that you do not like spiders or any creepy-crawlies for that matter. The egg before you could contain hundreds if not thousands of spiders inside and you think it's best not to disturb it. You all inch your way past and enter a smaller hallway covered in webs. There, vents line the side of the walls but none of them seem to be circulating air. You peek inside one to see the inner walls coated in thick goo and you determine that to be the problem. You shake your head— this might be too much for you to handle. You watch in horror as your drone swats at the threads and clears a path for you and Emmett. You half expect a spider to drop down on you and you nervously look up at the ceiling for any. You know better than to touch any unidentified substance, especially if it looks like goo or rubber of any kind. Except the drone seems not to care as much as it steps into large puddles only to rip its foot off from the goo trap to continue walking. Though its size is beneficial to stop anything charging at you, it is currently running into everything down this narrow space.

"M-Maybe we turn back?" Emmett suggests. He too, is feeling quite uneasy at the thought of spiders.

You think about the large cocoon sitting just outside the way you came and you consider the sunk-cost fallacy. As much as you want to turn back, moving forward toward the other side of the ship is your primary goal. Taking detours will just add possible risk you are not willing to take. You begrudgingly follow the rubber mass protecting you for now. The red line serving as your guide disappears beneath a large set of doors where above them is a sign labeled 'NAVIGATION.' The door is shut and the keycard scanner is covered in slime and not responsive to the keycard. Next to the door is another cocoon, though this one seems oddly more defined; rather than a bulky oval, it looks... Your drone places its hand against the door. 'Can break. Inside warm...'

You look past the entryway and down the hall where the floor disappears into thick white. From the looks of it, there aren't any more webs or cocoons down that way; in fact, the white contrasts against the grey and there is a clear separation of where the grey ends and the white begins. You assume there's another entrance into navigation or at the very least, a path around it. Either way will be treacherous.

> Have your drone break down the front door.> Continue down the hallway to find another entrance.

I'm sorry but I have to take the worst choice here. I'm a spider fan and a even bigger web bondage lover

Categorizing the different goobit factions with new discoveries everyday.

I like that this thing we're calling an egg is drawn with the proportions of a humanoid torso and knees

Devlin Skunk

oh wait I see there's the egg, and there's this more defined cocoon right by the navigation door, haha
