Genuinely concerned about my health over the last two years. I don’t go two months without getting sick. I eat healthy (mostly), I exercise and don’t smoke or drink. But I am just constantly unwell. Ah, might time to go the GP and have them tell me to take a lavender bath

Mayhaps you're overworked or there's sth that's bothering you mentally and showing via physical symptoms?

A lavender bath just sounds nice anyway.

Phoenix Brave Hideki

It may be stress or overaxiety Tea. But do try to take care of yourself. If you need breaks then take them. Both your physical and mental health take priority.

Sometimes, a really good bath is the best thing

Spaghetti Yeti King

Definitely keep resting, makes sure there's no mold in your vents, Great Grandma says have garlic 2 times a week. I hope you feel better.

I think some people are more susceptible to getting sick than others. That being said, I'd still see a GP to see if there is anything to be concerned with. Hope you feel better soon Tea!

CurrentlyEatingPies

Might sound crazy but I noticed an improvement in health when I started drinking one water. Just tap water, about 3 pints a day.

Blindluck92

So sorry to hear that. Hope you get better. Take care of yourself, Tea.

It sounds like you have a weak immune system, I can imagine constantly getting sick is annoying and really worrying.

rubynall

If it's your immune system, it's probably best to drink water, and multivitamin supplements. Gummies if you don't like swallowing pills.

TeacupAudio

I drink a lot of water - for both recording and because of all the dog walking and exercise.

TeacupAudio

I’m on multivitamins and drink a lot of water. I don’t know what’s wrong with me, but it’s not very nice.

Jarrod Wright

Let’s not ignore the toll stress takes on our health

Karasune

Check your vitamins on Vitamin D/D3,vit has big impact on the immune system. If it's really high it could be setting your IS hyperactive wich would cause your IS attacking you bc it's bored. ( Sounds stupid but if your is is strong/very aktive to begin with...) But the majority of people are likely to have a vitamin D deficiency especially in winter or if they spend a lot of time indoors, wich profit from a high dose

As someone who also struggles with anxiety and stress that *can* be a cause of some illness. I won’t claim to be an expert but excess stress can in some cases hinder the resistance to diseases. Again, not trying to come off as “I’ll tell ya what it is for sure”. Just input based on personal experiences

Joanna Horosky

It's hard but just take the time to rest and relax! My depression, stress and anxiety gets so much worse when I Don relax or sleep enough. Hang in there Tea you can do this girl!!

Vyra

See if you can get in contact with an immunologist. Sometimes PTSD can manifest this way too. Best of luck, Tea.

Some niggas just be sick sometimes 🤷‍♂️. I got the rona back in the day and haven't gotten sick since. White blood cells just do whatever the fuck they want

Answer Yourself this - when did You have some true holidays or vacation? And I don't mean some "me time" in the afternoon or lazy sunday morning. I mean at least 1 week (2 preferably) off from EVERYTHING. Total mind reset. People tend to neglect this and make themselves believe that some Netlfix'n'chill evening now and then or friday night bottle party is enough. Usually - it isn't and Your organism will tell You that, in very uncomfortable way.

ned-418

I honestly don't know how to help here. Thankfully a lot of people have had some great advice. But if I had to guess it could be something stress related.

That_dutch_guy

Stress and anxiety can make you feel sick that also does not help

Philipp

David Murphy
