Sigh. Yes, if you didn't know, Spartans married around when both were 30~ so before the men were married, they would have sex with each other. I love that people love this concept. I fell in love with it too. I love when sex is shown to be fluid and that a lot of us don't just fall into 'straight' or 'gay'. I also love how nuanced the couple's dynamic is - they're sweet and cautious, but they clearly want to be playful and understand each other better. Beautiful.

It might sound silly, but I feel really happy that I voiced this audio. I love concepts that deal with the more grey and nuanced aspects of romance. I thought it was so sweet how these two clearly love and respect one another, but they've had such different lives over the years and naturally they're coming at sex in very different ways. It's beautiful to bring to life dynamics that show the clumsiness of people and love.

I appreciate the grey tones of the scenario. I think the more we depict men not being either completely straight or gay will (hopefully) do a lot of good. Unfortunately, homophobia is still so ingrained in so many people. Which gender you sleep with has nothing to do with character. Men and women have always had each other and their own sexes. Everyone needs to chill the fuck out.
