I really love this. When you feel that you're not good enough, and wracked with anxiety over not being good enough, or too different, or wondering why the hell your friends, family, or significant other are even sticking around. You feel as though everyone else is so much better, so much more put together, their heads are screwed on a little tighter. But the reality is, everyone feels that way, and more often that not, everyone has a facade built to hide the "truth", whatever nonsense thing it may be. All it takes is a bit of communication (panicked in this case) to start taking off the masks and be ourselves, and in turn, become alot happier. You add alot to this by reading it. Would love to hear more!

This is complex and very true to many people. It hurts and makes us realize what we truly are inside and therefore we need to love ourselves more so we can be happy with ourselves despite what others think
