TIL there was Inspector Gadget toys! I was obsessed with Gadget around the third grade, so like 1991.

Same on the zoning out heading down the shore thing. Except I was flying Thunderhawk and heading to Sea Isle City, not the floating bike thing to Wildwood lol

I just want to say that whatever goes on in the audio production of this podcast, it's superb. The bumper music has such depth and fidelity that I'm ready to jam multiple times per episode.

Totally remember Killer Bee! My grandma wouldn’t get it for me on a random trip to Ben Franklin, a small little department store down the street. I was so enamored by the box art.

Another killer show fellas! I think my favorite vehicle is something I never owned personally, the TMNT BLIMP. My buddy owned it...this thing seemed massive. Do Transformers count as vehicles is the real question I'm left with.

I'm so far behind, but thanks for this great episode. I was all on board with Matt's first assessment of the MEGA MUTANTS being vehicles, but then he compared them to horses in the very next sentence! I feel so conflicted. What I'm not conflicted about is the choice of music in the commercial for them. They had access to one of the greatest themes of all time, but they made their own second rate jingle?

Man, being just a few years older sure makes all the difference. When I think about action figure vehicles, I immediate flash back to the 1970s G.I. Joe Adventure Team's Big Trapper and Big Jim and his PACK's jeep (with working winch on the front grill!) pulling the Howler motorcycle on a trailer. Awesome vehicles for the old 8-inch sale Mego-style figures.
