The time has come! We’re ready to continue our annual tradition with another deep dive into an ancient Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade! It’s one of our most anticipated episodes every year, and boy, we picked a GOOD one. Join us as we experience the sheer insanity of the 1986 Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade, featuring everyone from He-Man to Barbie to rogue clowns to Phyllis f’n Diller!

This is at least in the running for the best Macy’s Parade of all time, and we hope we did it justice! The episode should be on your main feeds now, but if not, here it is on Spotify, or Apple, or if you’d prefer, here’s a direct link to the MP3.

You can also check out this video montage of all the segments we’re covering.

But wait, there’s more! As a special thank-you to everyone on our $6+ tier, we just dropped a surprise EXTRA bonus show, covering another set of commercials that aired during the broadcast. Once you’re done with the main show, head over here to listen to the bonus!

Thanks so much for your support, and we hope you enjoy the new episode! Next on deck for us is November’s official Patreon bonus show, so stay tuned for that!

Hells to the yeah! We’re driving 10 hours over the next two days to a paranormal investigation at a spooky haunted hotel in New Hampshire. You guys have perfect timing with our road trips! 🤩

YES! I am always home by myself for Thanksgiving, so I save these to listen to while I do stuff around the house that day. I love these parade episodes 💜😁

I'm so glad you guys do these episodes! I remember seeing bits of the parade when I was younger, but it seemed like I always missed the majority of it because we were either at Thanksgiving service or on the road to a relatives' home while it was on.

I'm saving it for T-Day itself but I am VERY excited.

It ain't Thanksgiving until I hear Matt and Jay discuss a random parade from Thanksgiving Day past!

Great show, guys. As always.... Happy Thanksgiving! (I realized when you were talking about The Chipmunk Adventure that 1987 was the year of the hot air balloon. Citizens on Patrol, anyone?)

Pat needs to be on a float or something before he retires from TV.

Even though Jay and Matt have proven they can make a fun episode about even a random color as a topic, these Macy’s episodes are especially good!
