Sometimes designing logos can be a pain. you go through TWENTY different color swatches and THIRTY different compositions before you find the one that represents your business in a positive, and accurate way. Luckily for me, this client wanted an illustrated logo… of BLUEY! needless to say, I HAD A BLAST. You can see that I still had to do a TON of rearranging, and redesigning in this video, but In the end the design came out exactly as the client wanted, which is a win for me.🥰

If you are interested in becoming a graphic designer yourself, it’s important to try EVERYTHING! There’s no harm in making 30 sketches, and 20 color swatches. Your best design will RARELY be your first one. It’s all a part of the process.

I hope you enjoy watching mine!

The Design Process- a bluey commission

Here I am working with a client on creating a Merch design for her Bluey themed videos on YouTube! She wanted me to create a logo featuring an alternate version of bluey, and so we worked together on creating the perfect design. You can tell that a LOT of things were switched and flipped around in this process, and I tried a LOT of different colors and formats to see which worked best. In the end, the design came together quite nicely!
