A small poll. I'm testing animation renders, and I ran into a problem. The eevee render is faster, but the lighting in it is worse than in cycles (I do all the renders in cycles).

So, I can't render in eevee because my graphics card goes into reboot, there's no such thing in cycles, everything works fine. But in order not to release one project per month, I need to somehow increase the rendering speed. In this connection, the question arises whether it's normal for you to receive animations in Full HD (1920x1080) for a while, or whether you want animations in 4k (3840x2160) but less often.

i think 4k is also really a strain on download time and harddrive usage. Full HD is fine enough especially if it means more content to view.

1080p for sure . if doing so doubles the readiness speed , you could always postpone rendering in 4k / 8k to the bright future (when you acquire more powerful hardware ) like all animators do (you can even sell then at higher price 😈). in the worst case scenario those who have decent PCs and demand high quality (like me 🥰) can easily upscale these animations in both resolution and framerate at any time.
