Suggestion 1

A large craving comes over June's as she races towards the kitchen and begins to chow down on the meat products before consuming it all. Before long, she order herself 20 meaty pizza boxes. But as you watch her eat, you cant help but notice her nails and teeth are more sharper then usual, her hair seems much more longer, and her eyes seems more animal like then before.

Suggestion 2

You quickly throw on some clothes and grab you keys. As you go downstairs, you hear frantic smashing and chomping. Your eyes widen when you see June, lifting up the fridge and turning all of the contents inside into her gaping maw. When you enter the kitchen, she looks back at you as if nothing is wrong.

"Sorry I just feel a little hungry. Are you ready to go?"

Suddenly, an ominous gurgle comes from her stomach. Something tells me that there's going to be a few detours to fast food places before you get to the hospital

Make her vore someone, by accident as she becomes more of a zombie, or something more evolved than a zombie

She starts to bloat uncontrollably

You decide it's best to take her to the midnight ER to get the bite checked out. It's a bit of a drive and on the way over, she appears to be having strange symptoms, swelling that almost looks like fat, her eyes turn a weird bright yellow, and her nails start growing out... she's strongly calm, though. You start to worry for your own safety more than hers as she starts giggling to herself as the seatbelt snaps from her growing body.
