Who doesn't love a good crack? :D My hubby would often lift me from behind while I crossed my arms and my back would go CRACK CRACK CRACK 🤤But it really became like an addiction. It felt good right after, but soon I needed another crack. I think in the end it just irritated my back more. So now I manage with just a gentle forward lean and let gravity do the work to almost the same effect :) The GIF is also attached as a video file, if you want to really hear the cracks😁

Oh and so- it's easter. I should have done something eastery. Dammit! Next time I'll get you, you sexy seasonal algorithm you... next time.
