Happy New Year Everyone. Let's Make 2022 a better one.

this file is a bit different, a kind of genderless hfo file that also combines subliminals, and hypnotic/post hypnotic suggestions to feel calmer, happier, and reach your goals this year.

We cannot control what is happening in the world but we can control our own world by programming our subconscious mind, so some stress relief and some success/ improvement programming for you.

Thank you so much for this. I needed it more than I can possibly tell you. What a great way to wake up and start a new year! Maybe it's just me, but I got a lot more from the encouraging affirmations about the new year than from the HFO elements. I felt truly encouraged. I have a suggestion, if that's ok. The encouragements (especially the ones encouraging sticking to positive New Year Resolutions) would make an ideal loop with a little uplifting low key background meditation music or tones and the little subliminal side whispers you do soooo well. (Maybe call it "New Year, New You"?) I also really like the idea of adding a bit of a personal "Do it for me" motivational element in all this. Sometimes it is easier to want to accomplish something for someone else than ourselves, to change our focus. Especially for those of us with any degree of a sub mindset. (not that there's anyone here like that. uh-uh. nope. no way!) As we stand on the cusp of the past anxieties of the last few years and the hope for a better tomorrow, this is just the push and motivation I believe many of us need desperately. I have been wanting to write to you with ideas and to properly thank you for a few months now, and now finally I have, so that proves this file is working great! )) Bless you endlessly for all you do. You have no idea what a big difference you have made in my life with your wonderful files and caring. Best wishes for all the peace, love and happiness to you & yours in the coming year.
