After a bit of a losing streak on Overwatch this evening, I found myself getting a little frustrated. This sort of thing can happen to all of us when things aren't going our way, but when you start getting annoyed at what usually entertains you, something is wrong within yourself. 

I decided to quit for the evening and sit at the piano for a little while, which I find very meditative to be honest. I'm usually extremely chill with gaming, but Overwatch has been one of those games that I've found frustrates me from time to time. Having a little think about it helped me realise that my focus is simply in the wrong place when playing - I'm thinking too much about how I might not be performing optimally, and putting unnecessary pressure on myself in what should be a casual environment. It doesn't help to be surrounded by people who will tell your teammates to kill themselves at the slightest mistakes. But nonetheless, my focus should not be on those people either - they have literally nothing to do with me and their anger is their problem. I don't have to allow myself to be bothered by these things. That was my thought process while playing this doodle, and it made me feel much better :)

This is a little 5-minute excerpt from what I was playing, once I found a nice key to fit the fluctuation of moods. G mixolydian and A minor, if you were interested :)

The title is approximate google-translated English-to-French, for "induced descent" - a title that sounds kinda sleepy but is basically my way of saying "I'm tilted because I let myself be".
