Some adjustments to how Top-Contributor credits are happening (Patreon)

The current system of asking you guys to message me with a preferred credits name and not including you in credits until you've done this has turned out to be incredibly hard to keep track of. To make this easier for me to manage, I'm switching it to the kind of system other people would use - to just take your name on Patreon and not have to ask you.

I understand that this change means that if you specified a different name for credits sections that it will change, but it's just very difficult to keep track of these things with the nature of Patreon such as people coming and going and me not knowing who to take off or put on credits lists because their names are different.

I hope this is okay with you all, and thanks again massively for your support. :)))
