The only way to enjoy an amusement park is alone. My daughter is a big rollercoaster head but when i go with her, I'm to stressed out about her or any other people having fun so I just go on rides as a chaperone. But it's beast mode and heaps of fun when I go alone. Headphones in lines so it's not boring, I can go to single rider queues, i can come 45 minutes before the park opens so i'm first to enter and nobody at home thinks i'm weird, i don't have to get annoyed that anyone gets hungry during lunch (you ride when people eat and eat when there's the biggest lines! also you can eat a sandwich on the go and it can get you thru the day anyway!).
