Lucy, Theo, Andrew, and Ben bring you: Holland’s least plausible cop, a harmless potentially lethal viral teen prank, a Faustian NFL tickets bargain, a potential Flübberheist, the hotel safe, Happy Wednesday, and going a little crazy in the moment.

Great groan from Andrew when he heard the lyrics to “crazy”, I feel that.

Incredible PSA psegment and if I didn't live and work in a place that was vulnerable to being shot to death in such a scenario it would be SUPER funny to randomly call "active shooter". Unfortunately outside of very specific circumstances making that joke has around 50/50 odds to kill me instantly. Depending on your risk tolerance it's just as funny regardless.

Tom Cardy is an insanely talented musician with links to BST who lives in Sydney, I gather. Just sayin’.

I’m working my way through the back catalog, not that far back yet. Awesome, thanks!

Dougie Mauser was right there

Saying "where safe to make wife safe?" over and over is Lardneresque to the point where I now believe the joint live show is a precursor to the coming merger of BST.png and Boonta Vista into a single amalgam

The BST and BV audio will play simultaneously in each episode like the tiktoks with subway surfers playing alongside them because of the shrinking attention spans in society these days

"Wait, Indiana starts with an I." -- I loved that.

Chris Warren

Also, hooray for a Doug Stanhope mention.

A bit rude to make Lucy take on the role of Tim Minchin in the intro and not noted barefoot baddie Mark Bonanno

Kathleen K Rebar had me dying because ive been giggling to myself for weeks thinking about a pit bull named rebar wearing little bows on her ears

Ciara Horton

“Me mum can’t pass the Turing Test” really tickled me

Poppy

Devastated to have listened to this on Tuesday evening.

If you’re ever looking for an American harsh noise musician to accompany a live show of yours lmk

James Beavis

I’m a pretty good harmonica player. I would be happy to noodle about onstage for a Brisbane show

I had a friend who lived in a 'college town', Castleton VT, a school of a few thousand, and the town was a single street with a general store, a diner, and a library.

Read "Conjure, Wife" for a portrait of small college towns.

Stallman plays Macedonian flute when you don't want him to.

Benjamin Trapanese

Ben, Theo, your fellow podcasters may not have appreciated the Feist or Seal references, but I really really did.
