Oh it might also be an issue if you have super-aggressive popup blocking on, since it opens confirmation in a new window 🤔

Not having any luck, even with firefox's pop-up blocking turned off and ublock origin turned off for the site. I'll have to try it in a different browser. Edit: Was able to submit the form using Safari.
