Looks like a banger, can't wait to get into it tomorrow morning and I hope I don't learn about any more historical pieces of octopus fucking art

TincanHitman

Yes! we only want to learn about contemporary pieces of octopus fucking art!

Haven't listened to this yet but I'm camping in Michigan and I fought four racoons for the rights to my trash can last night so let's go

I can vomit on command. Started out in middle school as a Tourette's tic. Had to train myself to control the muscle action involved voluntarily in order to stop it. It sounds pointless until you want to stop yourself from vomiting reflexively and discover you now can

“You adjust your rear vision mirror, bringing into view the vampiric figure behind you”? What a rube you are, Andrew, vampires can’t be seen in mirrors

Between that and forgetting that Caseville is in the Thumb and not the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, I'm not so sure Boonta Vista is a reputable news source.

Yeah, we did lose a lot of bins in the '80s apparently. I was always told it's because the IRA might abuse a bin. In more than a few of our railway stations, the "right" approach to rubbish is just to abandon it somewhere as far I can tell.

"The Dutch Grunter"

Boonta Vista

we got rid of our train station bins during the G20 in 2014 and it seemingly took them years to bring them back, it sucked ass!

Mutual tactical retreat with minor materiel losses and no casualties

Devastated that at that no point was it discussed that Americans pronounce the “g” in fungus as a “j”

TiredLiam

Ok it might not be every American. But I watched one documentary one time and all the Americans were doing it so I drew that conclusion. Great doco but I was feeling genuinely nauseated at their sick take on the English language

Slugnoid

theres a funjus amonjus

chortle heartily

Nah that’s gotta be some Regional Bullshit ™️. I’m from Appalachia and now live in the Northeastern US and have only ever heard “fungus” with a hard G.

You can be treated for rabies but you have to get it quickly (I wanna say, within 48 to 72 hours from exposure) and keep up the treatment for a few weeks. If not, you're into the stage that was 100% fatal up until a few years ago. There is now an experimental treatment where they put you in a coma and lower your body temp massively for weeks or months to slow the virus while they monitor your bloodwork. Eventually your body can fight it off. But that treatment has only been successful a few times. Even then, you usually end up with brain damage. Rabies be fucked, yo.

Rabies can not be treated once it is showing symptoms, by the time any symptoms can be seen it has already gotten into your central nervous system and you will die 100% of the time, there has been cases where people have lived but those are like 1 in a billion. If you get close to or are bitten by an animal that might have rabies go to the doctor and get a shot immediately, that is the only way you can live if treated within about 48 hours
