The trick I've learned that has made listening to podcasts a lot more enjoyable I think is to simply never learn the schedule of any show I listen to that way every time a new one comes out its a delightful surprise and whenever one is late I simply do not notice. only reason I found this is I was scrolling back to find an older episode to listen to
