I attempted painting. It's been such a long time since I did digital painting. It was fun but also challenging. I did struggle with the lighting and colours, but in the end , it turned out pretty good.

I'll update this post showing the process behind the painting.

As you know, I very rarely do paintings.

1. They take a lot of time depending on the type it is. It's hard to find a good time to really just turn my brain off and just paint.

2. My understanding of colour theory and the values are still rusty. Though I'm somewhat improving using value checking, it's such a complicated fundamental.

3. My confidence in shape language is one of my weaknesses that I'm still learning. Gotta rely on the lasso tool a bit more and learn how to do efficient brush strokes

4. Avoid doing over-rendering!!
