Here ends the story.  To help with worldbuilding I come up with many ideas but not all of them see the light of day, and some that do are subtle in how I convey them.  This is one aspect of the Harlockverse that I had come up with but a lot of settings with magic don't touch on.  How magic and medicine interact, and what magic can or cannot do when treating illness or injuries.
