Day one of the festival is here and Shion is a huge standout from her musical abilities to the way she uses her words. We also get to see a fun role for Hinata as she plays chaperone.

I'm just gonna leave some info from the Light Novels about this exact point of the story, so no spoilers exactly but I guess read at your own discretion/peril: . . . . . . . . . . Shion and Shuna's music performance was 100% meant to win Rimuru's heart, but to me it seemed that Rimuru was only interested in Hinata, though I can't tell if he's just constantly horny for her or if his feelings are honest. She also seems somewhat interested in him romantically, at least a tiny bit. Two massively important characters, Zegion and Apito, just aren't in the anime at all yet, even though they totally should be. They're already part of his forces, but they still haven't been shown, which was very weird to me. Zegion especially. I think they got shown very briefly in slime diaries ep 9.
