Papa Geld truly shines in this show. That a big part of why Slime Diaries is so good, we get to see what people do when there's no emergency. Like we see a lot of Ririna, one of the 4 Goblin Lords that work under Rigurd, in this show, while we start to see more of the other 3 in Season 4 of the main show, as well as Kurobe and Haruna, Shuna's assistant.

Whenever you Hakurou looking at maple leaves and lost in thought, he's thinking of his wife that we met in S3, Kaede, at the Tangu Village. As of now he still doesn't know about Momoji. Side note, that's a big part of why he lost so much of his vitality before the Orc Army destroyed the Orge Village. When monsters have children, the child inherit a large amount of power from their parents. So when Momoji was born, about 13-15 years before the anime, both Hakurou (at the time unnamed) and Kaede lost a huge amount of their national power, plus Kaede became even weaker, to near death as of when we see her, from naming Momoji.
