So throughout the day today I was curious about how many favs that fairy mask transformation picture was getting on deviant art. Like, every time I checked DA there was a huge amount of notifications I had to clear. For awhile I wondered if it was linked back to somewhere or something.

Turns out it wound up (and still is as of this moment) on the "What's hot" top page on DA. Never would have thought to see the day a gender bending masking image would wind up on the top page, let alone something I've done.

What confuses me is why that specific drawing. What caused the algorithm to push that drawing up compared to, say, Cooper's drawing of Ranma? I don't know if it was a right time right place situation or people just really love fairies. Whatever the reason, that was a pleasant surprise.
