With Black Friday next week, I think I'm finally gonna get around to buying an Xbox One S. A fraction of the reason is continuing the tradition of having all 3 Microsoft/Sony/Nintendo consoles since the Xbox/PS2/Gamecube era, but also because I want a UHD bluray player. The players themselves are expensive for what they are, and I'm not gonna jump onto the PS5 wagon until it goes down to at least $300 a few years after it comes out, so why not get a game console that can play some old Xbox/360 games I already own? I'll finally be able to take advantage of my 4k TV, which has yet to show anything in 4k in the 3 years that I've owned it.

Also I wanna watch Space Adventure Cobra in 4K with HDR. That sounds the tits.

Overall there's very little that's exclusive to Xbox One that I care about, but as a 4k streaming/media player that will be updated by the time I move onto a PS5? Heck yeah!
