Had my weekly McDonalds today. Regular ol' big mac, large fries, and a diet coke.

Now, I don't know about you, but I love me some jalapeno ketchup. My favorite ketchup. Issue is that I have to remember to grab a bottle when I'm at Walmart (it's Walmart branded). Also the bottle size is on the small size, so I go through it pretty quick. Most of the time I don't bother and get a large bottle of regular ketchup. It's cheaper too.

BUT THEN! I'm at Target during my 2 mile walk when I pass by the jars of diced jalapenos. I look at em and go "Why don't I just throw that in with my ketchup?" So I did! It was good! Only issue is the jalapeno bits are uneven, so sometimes you get some nice spicy ketchup zing, and other times not really. Not perfect, but a good substitute. And I also now have diced jalapenos for my salad tomorrow! A nice little victory for me!
