Here's an early review for a show you most likely have watched. Thanks for the support!

Well the thing is, if the Fireflies in their haste kill Ellie and fail to find a cure then they'll have destroyed one of the few samples of someone immune. Basically I'm not convinced they really know what they're doing.

Loved this beginning to end. Scary, fun, sad, hopeful. Seeing Joel lose his purpose then regain it only to have someone tell him they were going to take it away again. Either way they were done. It would have happened the same way if he woke up and Ellie was gone. Can't wait for season 2. Now let me dig in to these mashed potatoes........BANG!!!

In my opinion - we’ve never had a vaccine for fungal infections and they pointed that out in the beginning of the show, they didn’t have the resources to really produce one effectively, and Jerry (the surgeon) only had a hypothesis not concrete fact about why Ellie was immune. Not great if you take that leap and kill your only specimen to be wrong. Plus u didn’t give her a choice and she is also a person. Idk it’s such an interesting argument and situation.
