I'm enjoying giving you an early peek of the good stuff before the rest of the internet gets to see.. so here is the next photo surrounding Little Chaos! (this isn't actually the single artwork btw, that's still yet to come. it's just a press shot that does not need to go this hard). the song will be coming out on Wednesday May 15th! please hype this photo the hECK up when I post it on insta in about 30 mins or so..

this song is about showing up in a relationship as your absolute fullest self - all the things about you, the good the bad & the ugly. Greta & Alex were the creative directors on this photoshoot and most of these shots were conceptualised by Greta (my god, I love how her brain works). for this shot Gret wanted us to capture total overstimulation; static in my hair, too many layers of clothes, sunburn, the walkman blasting music into the headphones. I've got a crayon in my hand and one of the Little Chaos chorus lyrics scribbled on the wall - 'I'M YOUR GIRL' : )

we also managed to reference an extremely niche childhood story in the shot: many moons ago, when I was ~11 or 12 I remember telling my dad to 'f*ck off' for the first time. I was being a total brat & simply trying to impress the friends I had with me.. oh, and I was at a funfair in my local church grounds at the time, so I happened to be holding a goldfish that I won in a plastic bag of water. I tried the words on in my mouth, said them out loud & felt IMMEDIATE regret. I remember my stomach dropping, my face getting hot.. it's honestly still a pretty visceral memory ! one of many amazing things about working with Gret is the context that she has for my history - so when we started piecing together the elements of this shoot, the fish bag was brought in as an emblem to ground this shot & reference that moment/ feeling.

so excited to release this song and start rolling towards OG2!
