demo 104: where to go now (Patreon)

HEY ANGELS. happy December one and all

forgive me being a day late here - I’m in LA staying with friends and had to wait until I was in a suitable environment to record and finish this demo. my friend Luke who I’m staying with has a lovely home studio where I tracked this and I feel sooo lucky to have friends like this :’) gahh community means so much to meeee

ok - so here’s a song for ya, ‘where to go now’, simple as can be in its presentation. a lot of change is happening in my friends’ lives right now - one of those ‘woah is something up with the moon or is it just being this age????’ type feelings all round. so I wanted to try and distill it in this song; it’s change, it’s chaos - but it’s also kinda beautiful? we’re all there for each other and a lot of the change happening around me (people in long term relationships breaking up, crossing big life milestones etc) will (hopefully) all be for the better.. and I keep thinking surely it’s better to see everyone go through these changes rather than sit as they were, static and unhappy?
