Full Recipe & Instructions: https://gafoodwithfriends.tumblr.com/ Food Styling by Libby Silbermann: http://libbysilbermann.com/ -- Subscribe to my channel: https://www.youtube.com/Gaberrz Hannah's channel: youtube.com/hannahveebee Orla's channel: youtube.com/orlagartland -- Ingredients 1 tin of jackfruit in water not syrup, drained and seeds removed (asian supermarket ones are my favourite) 4 soft bread rolls 1 Tbs smoked paprika 1 clove of garlic crushed 1 white onion thinly sliced 1 Tbs tomato puree olive oil for frying 1/3 cup water For the Slaw 1/2 small white cabbage shredded 1/2 small red cabbage shredded 1 small carrot grated 1/4 red onion thinly sliced 3/4 cup vegan mayo 1+1/2 Tbs cider vinegar  1 tsp salt Instructions: 1. Chop drained jackfruit  2. Heat 1 table spoon of oil in a pan and add chopped onion and jackfruit adding a chopped garlic clove after a few minutes. 3. Add paprika and stir, cooking for a few minutes and mushing all of the spices, onion and jackfruit together. 4. Then add tomato puree, cooking for a few minutes 5. Add water and bring to the boil  6. Simmer the mixture, stirring it until all of the water is absorbed 7. Continue cooking on low heat until jackfruit is cooked through and soft. 8. Take off the heat and set aside For the coleslaw 1. Finely chop the vegetables - carrot, cabbage, radish & red onion 2. Mix all veg ingredients in a bowl, then add mayo (I use veganaise!) & apple cider vinegar. 3.
