hey! listen to hear the updated version & the question I have for you. :)

make me cry

I don’t mind

sometimes I worry I don’t feel it all

as much as I used to

I don’t feel a lot these days

seventeen

halloween

I had a drink, saw you and blinked

but I didn’t mean to

it was different the first time

wasn’t it?

you know

in 10 years time

we’ll look back at the weekends

We knew

the people we promised

we would not forget

but we did

and it’s ok

to (not) miss those days

I'm in the NOT miss camp. I connected with that more. It made me think of when ppl say they miss high school and I'm like ... what? Some ppl don't miss those days and that's ok.

Awhina

Def better as it's ok to not miss those days. A fresh take, and it personally aligns with my feelings about "those days" (i do not miss them)

I like the not miss those days version. It’s different and for me personally for some reason very smoothing to hear 🤷‍♀️ but obviously it resonates with me :)

"to NOT miss those days" is a much, much better line - it has a depth and ambiguity about it that "to miss those days" just hasn't, imho. (also I know that wasn't the question, but I'm so in love with this melody!)

Pauline GODART

"To NOT miss thoses days" is my favourite line, I feel it more, it's so real like that

Leprêtre Mathis

I like the way you sing "to miss those days" better. Maybe if you're hesitating between the two, there's a way to use each one for different choruses, if it makes sense lyrically

Gareth Toerag Rees

NOT. Definitely not. Although both sentiments are equally valid. I love seeing these things evolving, a perfect treat at the end of the day.

Paula Jimena

I would either use "not" cause it's more shocking to listen to or I would use both so it represents your confusion about not knowing which one to choose hahaha

saying "not miss those days" feels more mature, like you have to have grown in order to look back and be able to let yourself move on from the things that happened to you
