we love Ila.

you guys remember when I put up a post recently with a link to a super rough idea called 'restless enemy'? It just had mumble lyrics, just the start of something.. well I put up the instrumental minus my mumbles & Ila Amiri, much loved musician from the gold tier zoom sessions wrote her own topline to the track and I love it. she didn't listen to mine at all, just went right in which I love!

will definitely be trying some more little collaborative projects like this in the future! so much fun. :)

thank you also to anyone who's put up a cover of 'more like you' over the past couple days! it's been such a joy to see people singing it.. it makes me feel a sense of community that I've really missed since gigs stopped!
