8 days to go: woman on the internet (anniversary edition) (Patreon)

hey gang! how was your weekend? this picture is mooooody but today I am in my happiest place: in my little studio, demo'ing for you.

in case you missed the news, I'll tell you here too - seeing as my album baby 'woman on the internet' is a year old (!) I put together an anniversary edition of the record; a digital-only version w 5 extra tracks which comes out September 7th. you've heard some of these tracks before in various places but I wanted to zip them all up into one, on there is the following:

- afterlife (demo)

- more like you (acoustic) [this was a sparkly, super chill version of the track that was only up on Apple Music - now it'll be everywhere]

- you're not special, babe (live session) [this is the 'live at middle farm' version you might remember from YouTube]

- bloodline/difficult things (live in Dublin) [this is a brand new live version of the final album track from my favourite ever headline show. we filmed this too, so there is an accompanying video!)]

- over your head (Sasami remix) [this is my first ever 'official' remix and I absolutely love it. Sasami is incredible - her album, 'squeeze' here - she has re-imagined the song in the murkiest, grungiest, angriest way possible.. this version makes me want to mosh].

if you'd like to pre-save this anniversary edition of the album, it takes just a few clicks and really helps your girl out. pre-saving tells the streaming services that there is excitement around a release and helps encourage them to playlist the new tracks!

until tomorrow (or perhaps wednesday) - farewell, my lovers. I must now brace myself to enter the demo universe.. wish me luck! let's see what I come out w on the other side.

love you endlessly!
