SECRET DEMO CLUB! IT’S THE LAST HOUR OF THE MONTH HERE and you best believe I have not forgotten about your June demo.

Here is a song started almost a year ago down in the studio with Pete, Tom & drummer Tim. We had a jam - one of many that week - captured it and I mumbled some scratch lyrics. This month I revisited it and then finished the topline. It’s a simple, cute summery love song - definitely cut from the same cloth as the ‘never thought it’d be this easy/simple’ song from a few months back. I usually make these demos totally alone so it’s lovely to bring you one born of a real life jam in a room - me just rockkkkinnnnn out with my boys, as I love to do.

There’s also a lyrical easter egg in this one that won’t mean anything to you yet - but it will soon. tehehehe
