2 playlists: the Romantic & the Cynic (Patreon)

hello gang, here’s a lil mini project I think I’ll launch online this week but wanted to invite the SDC in on first. so my new bop ‘Kiss Ur Face Forever’ offers two perspectives on love and wrestles between them - one is loved up, positive & sweet… the other cynical, negative, stubborn. One side embraces love full force & the other fights it.

I’ve made 2 collaborate spotify playlists - one for each side; The Romantic & The Cynic. I’d love if you could add some songs to them & together we could build 2 lil soundtracks for these 2 different sides of the same coin : )

you can interpret these titles and prompts however you like but in a nutshell I think ‘The Romantic’ should include sweet, syrupy love songs. these don’t have to be obvious ‘love songs’ per se - they could contain any feeling or sentiment that feels romantic to you.

‘The Cynic’ could contain ‘anti-love’ songs - songs with a feeling that makes you move further from someone or from the relationship; not closer. it’s the barrier you put up to protect yourself from love coming anywhere near you!
