hello secret demo club :) it's your girl! how are you doing? HAPPY HALLOWEEN !

here's a simple demo for you - vocal + a very dusty 4-stringed guitar. it's about feeling nostalgic for a looooong-ago love.. and isn't that the SPOOKIEST THING OF ALL !!!!

I really enjoyed writing & recording this one - the first demo recorded in my new flat, where I moved in September:) we're right beside a train station & the room where my mics & things are setup is on that side - so it was fun recording this about 11pm, watching the trains go by, couple candles & a cup of tea on the desk. if you listen carefully you'll likely hear the trains in there somewhere. it's an adventure in open D (strings tuned D, A, D, F#, A, D - low to high. If you actually have all 6 of your strings..).

an apology to my top tier patrons: I am behind on my live streams with you, as we didn't get one in in October. I'm sorry! needless to say with the FIZZ album just out life has been FULL.. I've never had every inch of my life planned out and accounted for in the way the last few weeks have been and it's been a big adjustment.
