Makes a huge change from the days when in a business meeting females were talked over and ignored except as sexual fantasy objects. I remember being in many meetings where I was ashamed of my fellow males, to make a fuss during the meeting would have been pointless, I tried to talk to the ladies who had suffered from this abuse, it rarely worked as they had got used to predatory males and were defensive. Sometimes I feel sick about how so many males act towards women. I was fortunate that I was raised to love and respect women.

Female-dominated workplaces will no doubt be the absolute norm. One in which Women are entirely in Director or supervisory positions. Perhaps some Women will govern AI, and program it to supervise the male employees for better oversight and behavior management.
