Just a friendly reminder that FSU 'recommends' that all males completely abstain from self abuse on days they do not work. We do this to combat the beta males natural tendency to be selfish and lazy.We still encourage you to train without touching. But what we really want, is for you to spend this time finding ways to serve Women. Volunteer for women's causes. Help a woman move. We encourage you males to help each other in the comments to find things to do to keep those filthy hands occupied.Take up knitting and knit your crush a scarf.Take a class in giving pedicures.Learn to cook and invite your crush and her boyfriend over for a meal.Do something besides play with yourself.And always remember. Wankless Weekends are only for loser beta males. "Real Men" don't sit around on their days off and diddle for hours.So no wanking.Is that fair?

I am committed to wankless weekends. I think it is a wonderful initiative. Time I would have spent wanking is now spent on doing housework and other chores for my magnificent Mistress. Thank you, FSU!

I don't get a day off this week. Even though I'm working I will still abstain from self abuse. Instead I have the privilege of helping a Female. She is a wonderful Woman who stuck me squarely in the friendzone from the start. She often let's me tag along on outings with Her 3 female Friends. All four of them have real man boyfriends that find me totally unthreatning. Whenever the Genders separate for a girls/guys night It is always expected that I go with the Women. So I tag along with them on shopping trips to predominantly Female centric stores while the real men play cards and drink beer. Anyways I get to help Her clean her apartment before she moves in to her boyfriends place. The place is kind of a mess and she shouldn't have to clean it. So Saturday night when I get off work I plan on heading to her place to clean every room thourally. I will probably only get a couple hours sleep before I have to go to work Sunday morning. I will be tired and groggy all day on Sunday but that doesn't matter. Women's needs (and wants) come before my needs. I might be able to convince her to spend the night at her boyfriends and let me do all the work. That way she won't feel as obligated to help and she can go to bed without feeling compelled to clean as well.
