What about giving women Massages. So far i get the idea beta males are to only serve Women by doing domestic chores and giving them money. :( For an amateur i am quite good at giving massages, especially foot massages (i've studied Reflexology). This is becoming one of the most transformational files. It is sometimes uncomfortable and sometimes even painful but transformations continue even after a couple of months. I'd recommend the loop audio if it is difficult and after a half dozen subconscious listens I could mix in the video. The frequency that the images sweep in and out really opens up my mind to listening and the women around me appreciate that and I am starting to see how that takes away from experiencing life.
