Here are some tips if u wanna master the fundamentals:

Don't listen to what amateurs say about not using a reference, on the contrary, more references make the artist look more professional provided u use them!

Use that reference and draw your curves and identify where the limbs go in drawing space and exaggerate as much as u can.

find the angle how the limbs act and pose from there. Having a solid pose for a drawing and perfecting it takes hours. So take your time
