Hmm i think that you should skip teeths on 2 bottom panels. Dosn't look good. Same with tongue/dick color. Its very messy, hard to tell whats going on. It feelt very rushed. First 2 panel are great ;)

Looking amazing! But is there perhaps a typo in the sketch with 'ME insides' instead of 'MY insides'?

It sounds like pirate talk with the "me insides" "Yargh, me insides be scrambling" All jokes aside, i really love how the auto fellatio turned out

Could put a dotted line pirate hat on them just to play into the wording, I think it would work as a small gag
