Fortunately I always just buy your books. KU is for unknowns. Hopefully that doesn't screw you over compared to reading the whole thing on KU.

I always start at ch 1 and just hit the right side of my phone as fast as possible to get where I need to be. Not using the skip to link. I hope that covers the requirement’s

Question does it work if you just scroll threw slow instead of hitting the chapter button?

I pretty sure it work by scrolling slowly to ch 37. I read by continuous scrolling normally. After I seen this I went to check and the progress bar in KU where it tells what page I was on did not have the blue line showing progess like normal. It was just grey and show page number. But when I went to start of book and took 15 mins to scroll down slow to where I was the line did go blue and did not fill in to my latest page until I scrolled to it. So. I am hoping this worked. I almost want to try it with a book I did not download on KU and list on audible and just scroll down but you would need to see time and date of the book I bought to know if it worked or not.

Maybe. Maybe not. Depends on how they view your "reading time". If it's too fast they'll think you just flipped to the end.
