So, we're moving along chapter wise.Thoughts so far?Keep going? Cut it?I'm trying to keep it hard game world, LitRPG, without wasting words and time.

Comments

Jeremy Patrick

Im enjoying it. But with all the interesting female characters I am pretty sad its non harem lol...

VidGod

Really good

Charles Henggeler

I'm down for more. Absolutely has my interest peaked. Regardless of you keeping up this particular story, keep up the good work.

Kori Prins

I really like it, personally. I have been missing some good LitRPG for a while. All the other good ones that I used to read mostly slowed down considerably or just stopped altogether.

DiabolicalGenius

Yeah, I think it's going well. I'd like to see more.

Matthew Kelly

Really enjoying it, please keep them coming

Alex Lindsay

I say definitely continue. Your stories are what I’ve always loved about your work. Your stories are also what introduced me to harem elements. Unfortunately most harem lit authors don’t have your ability to craft stories and so I’m often disappointed when I read them and their childish MCs. I only wish there was two of you as I’m waiting on several of your stories to continue now. In short, as long as you keep writing such interesting and FUN stories, I’ll read and buy everything you write. I already have all e-books and all audio books you’ve published!

Tetsu-nii

I’m really liking the protagonist and his in-head advisor. Good story progression and lots of potential there, IMO. Really hoping you keep going with this story.

Eric Hontz

I'm digging it so far.

David Dunagin

Keep it going, I find it interesting.

MrWilliamBlair

I’m to broke to be able to get the chapters for this but knowing you’ve never let me down in the past and after Honor Of Duty. In my eyes you can do no wrong.

Niko

I really like it so far.

James Weed

Definitely continue I enjoy the story a lot so far!

Brian

It's very enjoyable so far. Please continue. It's nice that your varied topics have proven that your writing is outstanding and is what brings me back.

P M

Please keep the story going. If for some reason you cant, please let mc's in other books find mysterious piles of shit along with missing fishing poles...

John S

I just read the first 4 chapters. I would definitely would buy the book. Keep it going!

Bruce Johnson

Definitely keep it going, loving it so far :-)

Tourmalinesun

Keep it up like it so far. Make it a little slower paced than some of your other books a little longer ? Just don’t get mired in the grind or fighting to fluff the word count like some authors do “Michael C COUGH COUGH”. You haven’t done it before but like you said it’s a departure from your usual. Don’t get lost in a side character either always drags a story down

Darkserra

I like it! Keep it going.

william hayes

My God man.... got all excited to read the next chapter and.... no seriously keep it going

Nicholas Donovan

It is a very enjoyable story, I kinda want to know the age of the world though, and soon Nick's progression Train will need some slight breaking to slow his rocket like advance he seems to be experiencing. (Just a personal feeling, and opinion)

mitchell kaiser

I’m really enjoying it thus far and can’t wait for more, I’m also really excited to see the management side of things once he starts ruling. I’m also hoping the romance you will have gets a good amount of depth and you get a chance to flesh her out since you won’t have to focus on a bunch of women.

Kevin Duran

Really enjoying it so far, please keep going!

Matthew Murphy

Really enjoyed it so far. Seems like a nice break too, for my little pea brain from trying to figure out how it's all connected!

Matthew Paulin

It's good so far, but I hope you avoid falling into the tropes for LitRPG. 1. The main character is ridiculously OP and wins every fight. 2. Betrayal of an friend/ally/someone close. This happens so frequently in these type of stories that I am always overly suspicious of every character introduced. I would like to see something new in the genre for a change.

Raul G Harrington Jr

Keep it going. The best thing about RPG's is that the options are endless. This could be the beginning of a long standing, multi branch series of you want to make it so

Jameric

I feel the best part is over coming natural weaknesses. The kiting part was a good step. At the momment he seems multi class generalist with a legendary axe.

Nukin Futs

Honestly I imagined it being a touch "crunchier" though I am enjoying what it is so far. The pace is also enjoyable but only if it allowed to be very long, which would be nice. Truthfully its still early for me to tell.

R.J. Ford

I think there is a hard line in the fan base with regards to LitRPG.. Those who really like it want all of the stats and numbers you can throw at them, as if they were reading about a D7D campaign from both the player and character perspectives.. I think I fall into the rest where I like the adventure, but tend to just skip over the lists and graphs. I still like the stories, but the more charts there are the more I skip.

WilliamDArand

I despise hard LitRPG. The crunchier the worse. This is my attempt to write an LitRPG, a genuine one, that doesn't rely on stat/chart/table spam.

David Morrissey

I see both sides of this and it was interesting. I think Dan Schinhophen got a good balance in Dungeon Walkers, and Dave Willmarth did well in Battleborn. Battleborn gets a bit heavy into it at times but tied it more to the story than making it read like someone types up a record of a run.

Brian Brown

I've been enjoying it so far. I say as long as you are enjoying creating it and it's something different for you to work on, please continue!

Nukin Futs

cool, so less D&D more Final Fantasy I get ya, I love what you did with cultivation so...

WilliamDArand

No, a lot of D&D actually. Probably closer to Pathfinder? Just less stat/chart/table spam.

Steve Irving

I'm enjoying it so far. I especially like how you point out all the "real world" problems that standard game mechanics would have. I'll keep reading it if you keep writing it.

Peter Gerard

Agree! A bit of reality sneaking in is enjoyable. Very much like Deadpool talking to the audience.

deadeyemax

I like it thus far. I really like the premise, though I am far more interested in the story once he gets some land and has to engage with medieval politics than I am with the LitRPG stats and leveling up.

deadeyemax

As an aside, when Lucian mentioned all the staff Dominic would need, I had the thought that that could be a good premise for a harem novel. Literally have a checklist for a crew or something that the protagonist needs to fill. Well, I’m just spitballing.

Peter Gerard

So, have you decided to continue or to move on to another project?

Atom Smashes

I think this one has good potential, I cant tell if it ties to the sovereign verse or not yet. It would be nice either way though

Durzo Dresden

i joined patreon after having read the preview chapter on RR, so i vote keep at it...obviously...

Ron Gailey

Interesting .... developing well .... liking MC and gramps .... please continue!!!

Chace Brown

Keep at it. I love these stories and your writing style so I’m really enjoying this
